In addition to accepting the Race Rules and Terms & Conditions of entry, you must digitally sign/agree to the participant waiver and complete the medical questionnaire prior to the start of the race. By taking part, you accept the Race Rules and Terms & Conditions of entry.
- You must be aged 21 or above.
- Spine Sprint North athletes have 18 hours to complete the course.
- Athletes must observe any advised cut-off times.
- In some instances, athletes will be advised on pacing to safely meet cut-offs. Failure to meet any set targets may result in early withdrawal from the race.
- You must ensure your race number is recorded by course monitors during the race. Failure to do so will incur a penalty. If it happens more than once, further penalties or expulsion may apply.
- The Spine Sprint North is an unsupported event.
- If friends or family wish to cheer you on, limit this to one instance during the race. Do not accept food or drink, and do not exchange any other items.
- Prior to the event, media organisations or personnel (including creation of content for YouTube channels) require HQ approval.
- The use of pacers is not allowed.
- The use of poles is allowed.
- You must complete the course on foot, with no assistance from vehicles of any kind for transportation.
- You will be fitted with a GPS tracking device, which you are responsible for. You will be instructed on where to position it and how to look after it. You must hand the device in at the finish. If you fail to do so, you are responsible for any penalty charges associated with returning the tracker.
